Permission is granted to temporarily use PickupPoint for personal, non-commercial school pickup purposes only.

You agree to:

• Use the service only for legitimate school pickup purposes
• Not send abusive, inappropriate, or false pickup messages
• Respect other users and school staff
• Keep your pickup messages clear and appropriate

4. Location Services

PickupPoint requires location access to verify you are within school boundaries. You may disable location services, but this will limit functionality.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use PickupPoint to:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate others
• Send spam or commercial messages
• Impersonate other individuals
• Disrupt school operations

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.

7. Limitation of Liability

PickupPoint is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any delays, inaccuracies, or issues arising from pickup notifications.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
